About Me
Helping leaders to realize their full potential has always been my passion.

Barbara’s Bio
I design and deliver coaching and development solutions that unleash a leader’s potential and honors and recognizes their whole self. I help those leaders build teams that produce results, increase employee engagement, and reduce attrition.
I have had a long career in business, including a stint as VP of Sales and Marketing, working with both Fortune 500 companies and small to mid size businesses. I know what it is like to design a winning, agile strategy in a competitive landscape and build high performing teams that get results. For my next career move, I decided to pursue my passion of coaching and developing leaders and I became an executive coach.
Having worked globally with leaders from many industries, clients say they come away from the experience with more self-awareness, greater emotional intelligence, with stronger strategic skills and improved agility. They are able to use a variety of leadership styles to create a climate where everyone can thrive and do their best work.
Certified by the International Coaching Federation, I did my coach training through the University of Texas Jindall School of Business. Most recently I worked as consultant at Korn Ferry, the largest talent management company in the world. While there, I was a member of the Master Faculty, certifying clients in Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect (KFLA), the KF360 feedback assessment and the Korn Ferry assessment of Potential. In addition, I am certified in all the Korn Ferry assessment tools including the Emotional & Social Competency Inventory, Leadership Styles & Climate, viaEdge and Talent Q. I am also certified in the Hogan Personality Inventory, the Hogan Development Survey and the Hogan Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory as well as the Meyers-Briggs, DiSC, FIRO-B and Birkman assessments.
For many years, I have facilitated both residential and virtual delivery of a wide range of leadership development programs at all levels. The curriculum ranges from strategic thinking to storytelling, leader as coach to becoming an inspirational leader, building emotional intelligence to engaging and motivating others.
I have a special passion to promote diversity, equity and inclusion. I lead residential and virtual workshops, deliver webinars and do efficacy coaching, working across a variety of industries, especially energy and finance.
My clients tell me what they find distinctive about working with me is how quickly we are able to create a safe and intimate relationship. This allows them to share their innermost thoughts, admit their concerns and open themselves up to new ways of thinking about old problems while preparing to take on new challenges.
