Leadership Development
Leadership development programs are highly interactive and powerful. Content is typically shared in pre-session readings or webinars to allow for in-class discussion and exercises.

Diversity, Equity,
and Inclusion
Research shows that well-managed, heterogeneous teams outperform homogeneous teams in creativity, innovation, retention, and financial results.
Executive coaching

This process creates a safe place to ask powerful questions and develop practical strategies to identify and achieve their goals. This reflective yet pragmatic approach allows us to shape professional development from the outside-in and the inside-out and achieve thrilling results.
Typically, coaching engagements span 3-6 months of bi-monthly sessions. After an initial discussion with team leadership and other key stakeholders, each program includes various assessments, assignments, and discussions to help make real progress. While conversations are entirely confidential, each program includes mid-point and final progress meetings with team leaders to reflect on learning and celebrate success.
Executive coaching also extends to group and team environments. These are particularly helpful when there is a significant stretch assignment, a new leader, or a perceived lack of teamwork.
Leadership Development
These also include assessments, peer coaching, breakout sessions, and a final project to drive home the learning.
Customizable off-the-shelf programs are typically 90-minutes of virtual seat time and meet weekly for 3-6 sessions depending on the subject and desired outcomes. Residential programs vary from 1 to 3 days.
